Once you've placed your order, please email reference photos of the house, along with any notes on your preferred angle or details you'd like emphasized. Throughout the process, Jade will provide work-in-progress updates, allowing you to see your commission come to life.

Lead Time:
Commissioned artwork has a lead time of 15 working days. During this time, Jade will email you work-in-progress images of your commission, so you can see your original piece come together.

Delivery Information
Free Standard UK Delivery
We offer free standard UK delivery, with delivery times being 2-3 working days. For faster delivery, next-day shipping is available for £1.50.
Dispatch times are next working day for greeting cards and prints. Bespoke commissioned artwork which is currently 7-10 working days.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order details. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days after receiving the returned item. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accepts returns on bespoke commissioned artwork.
